General Rules + Disclaimers

1. I reserve the right to decline a commission without explanation2. Please give clear SFW references of your characters / Censor any NSFW refs before sending - Unshaded Refs preferred3. I retain the rights to my artwork, including but not limited to the right to uploading it to my personal galleries, social media and portfolio, as well as using the artwork for self-promotion. Whilst the Commissioners retain the full rights to their characters4. Commissioners may use their commissioned work for personal use only. If you would like to use your commission for commercial use it MUST be discussed prior to me starting / Exception: PNGtubers, as commercial fees are included in the base price
(If you would like to post the commissioned piece(s) elsewhere you must give proper credit)5. A WIP will be sent out once the sketch has been started, once approved, only then will I move on to the rest of the piece6. After the sketch has been approved, I will only make 3 free, small changes beyond this point. Any more or any large changes may cost an additional fee. However, changes WILL NOT be made once the commission has been completed7. If I miss anything/incorrectly draw a marking, color, or detail, I will fix it free of charge so long as it was clearly stated on the given ref8. My work is NOT to be used in any of the following;
NFTs / Blockchain / cryptocurrency / AI art9. As I own the rights to my artwork, you may NOT trace, heavily reference, edit or adjust the piece without my permission10. I do not typically work with deadlines unless you tell me upfront if you would like your piece completed by a certain date!11. I do not permit third-party edits, if you are commissioning gift art for someone, be sure all information is accurate12. I may potentially stream my commissions, if you would like me to not stream your piece, whether it be because it is gift art or whatever reason, please let me know13. Expected turnaround time for commissions may vary depending on commission type and real life factors, but most will take 30-60 days from when the payment is confirmed. Reference sheets & commissions that include backgrounds will be in a 60-90 day turnaround time. But as for any commission, if I expect it to take longer I will be sure to contact and update you accordingly14. Overly complex character designs or outfits may incur a complexity fee. For example, characters with multiple limbs, wings, excessive horns or characters who are wearing armor15. I WILL NOT copy another person’s art style16. Art commissions are strictly digital, therefore, nothing will be sent via mail17. Upon commissioning me, it will be assumed that you have read and agreed to these terms and you will be held accountable as such

Adopt & Auction Rules

1. All payments will be made via Stripe Invoice or Ko-fi. Stripe invoices will be for auctions, while you’re able to purchase most adopts through Ko-fi’s system2. You may NOT resell the design for more than what you purchased them for unless it has extra artwork3. You are allowed to make minor adjustments to / or adjust colors of the design as long as it still resembles the original design in some way + other details you’d like to change / adjust (ex: changing them from male to female, female to male, etc..)4. Upon purchasing the character, you have full rights to commission artwork of said character, make / purchase a fursuit of said character, make / purchase 3D model of said character, etc. With the exception of what falls under Rule Number 65. Commercial use is permitted for adopts upon purchase, as they are now your character upon purchase, you are free to do as you will with them with the exception of what falls under the following rule, Rule Number 66. My designs are NOT permitted to used in any of the following;
NFTs / Blockchain / cryptocurrency / AI art7. Payment plans will be available for bids & flatsales that cost $150+8. Holds are available for 3 Days / 72 Hours MAX, unless otherwise stated or not possible, such as adopts sold on Ko-fi9. Please credit me as the creator when applicable

- Hateful content including, but not limited to sexist or racist art
- NSFW
- Fetishes

- Sexual/Suggestive Art involving Minor or Feral charactersIf something is not listed, don’t be afraid to reach out and ask!

Payment Process

1. All Payments will be handled via Stripe invoice in USD, if you send me money for a commission outside of the invoice, it will be refunded! The exception to this is if it’s an On-Stream commission permitted to be done through SE.Pay2. Once the payment is confirmed on my end, I will begin to work on your commission3. I will only send you an invoice once I’ve reached your commission in the queue and you must pay before I begin progress4. Invoices must be paid within 3 Days / 72 Hours MAX, unless otherwise is discussed prior

Refunds & Cancellation

I will only offer full refunds if you choose to cancel the commission before work has started or if I am unable to complete your commission due to any reason.If you choose to cancel after I have already started on your commission, 25% of the cost will be forfeited to me for the lost time and energy.HOWEVER, if the commission is already finished or near finished, a refund WILL NOT be given.If you attempt to refund after the commission has been completed, you WILL be blacklisted from purchasing future commissions.
